1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Ehsan Khan Semantic Consultancy ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

We provide semantic SEO consultancy services, including but not limited to:

  • Semantic search engine optimization strategy and implementation
  • Content architecture and topical mapping
  • Technical SEO audits and recommendations
  • Authority building and content optimization
  • Consulting and advisory services for digital marketing teams

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Respond to requests and feedback in a timely manner
  • Grant necessary access to website properties, analytics, and tools
  • Make timely payments as outlined in our engagement agreements
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. Intellectual Property

All strategies, methodologies, frameworks, and original content developed by Ehsan Khan Semantic Consultancy remain our intellectual property. You are granted a license to use deliverables solely for your business purposes as outlined in our service agreement.

You retain ownership of your existing website content, branding, and proprietary business information.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information, strategies, and data shared during our engagement. Likewise, you agree to keep confidential any proprietary methodologies or frameworks we share with you.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Project-based work requires 50% upfront and 50% upon completion
  • Retainer agreements are billed monthly in advance
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in all our work, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic increases, as these depend on many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes by search engines and competitive market dynamics.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding deliverables and reports will be provided, and any prepaid fees for uncompleted work will be refunded on a prorated basis.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ehsan Khan Semantic Consultancy is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
